Rental Policy

1. Driver Requirements

To rent a car from Mellalicar, the driver must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Provide a valid passport or Moroccan national ID card (CIN).

2. Security Deposit

A credit card pre-authorization or cheque security deposit is required upon key collection. The deposit is fully refunded once the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

3. Fuel Policy

We operate on a "same-to-same" fuel policy. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered to avoid refuelling service charges.
